Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number.
When your order has been packed and shipped, we’ll send you a second email with your dispatch confirmation.
Delivery Notifications
As your order makes its way to you, the courier will keep you updated via text and/or email with your estimated delivery time.
Delivery Times
Parcels can arrive anytime between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. Please make sure there’s access to the delivery address during this time.
If you’re not home, the courier may:
- Leave your parcel in a secure location
- Deliver to a neighbour
Please note: By leaving delivery instructions, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it’s delivered.
